King of Belgium and President of China are witnesses for Exmar LNG financing deal

The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the largest retail bank in the world by assets, has lent $200 million to Belgian shipping group Exmar for a project involving a floating liquefaction barge ordered from a Chinese shipyard.
