Cheniere Energy's Sabine Pass LNG export plant in Louisiana is almost 91 percent complete, up from 87.2 percent in March but still short of the 92.6 percent point the engineers would have been expected to reach per the schedule, according to the May progress report submitted to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
