Norwegian firms Golar and Stolt-Nielsen plan small-scale LNG and fuel projects

Norwegian tanker and terminals companies Stolt-Nielsen and Golar LNG have formed a joint venture to pursue opportunities in small-scale liquefied natural gas production and distribution.
