Western Australia upstream spending to rise as Equinor joins Carnarvon Basin exploration

Equinor, the Norwegian energy company and LNG plant operator said it was awarded exploration acreage in the Northern Carnarvon Basin offshore Western Australia as upstream activities continue to expand.
