Pacific Rubiales that stalled Caribbean LNG project receives bid from Asia-US giants

Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp., the company involved in the Caribbean Floating LNG project offshore Colombia that is currently suspended, has received a takeover offer from Alfa, Mexico's largest industrial group, and a joint venture involving one of Asia's biggest commodity traders and a US private equity firm.
