Hokkaido Electric starts using LNG cargoes for small-scale distribution and power needs

Hokkaido Electric Power, the Japanese utility, said it started loading trucks with liquefied natural gas at its Ishikari import facility for a small-scale distribution business aimed at industrial customers.
