Goldboro LNG export plant in Canadian province of Nova Scotia given final construction clearance

The Goldboro LNG export plant in the Atlantic Coast Canadian province of Nova Scotia, with plans to ship cargoes to Europe, has been given the final go-ahead by the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board after previously receiving its environmental approval.
