Singapore LNG indices decline from December highs for North Asia and Dubai-Kuwait-India

Singapore LNG cargo indices, including North Asia and Dubai-Kuwait-India shipments, declined for deliveries in November and through December as demand at those winter season highs lost momentum with the oil price.
