Singapore LNG indices rise for North Asia and Dubai-Kuwait-India amid December pricing

Singapore LNG cargo indices rose for all points, including North Asia and Dubai-Kuwait-India shipments for November, as December prices also made an appearance at more than $12.00 per million British thermal units.
