Singapore indices rise to over $11 for North Asia and Dubai-Kuwait-India November cargoes

Singapore LNG cargo indices for October gathered pace to be around US$10.70 per million British thermal units and to more than $11.00 per MMBtu for North Asia cargoes and Dubai-Kuwait-India shipments through the first half of November as front-month crude oil prices remained firm.
