Singapore LNG indices rise and are led by $11.00 price for Dubai-Kuwait-India cargoes

Singapore LNG cargo indices moved above a $10.30 per million British thermal units average, led by Dubai-Kuwait-India shipments for delivery windows in the first and second halves of August at prices above the $11.00 per MMBtu level as crude oil values remained robust.
