US Rio Grande LNG developer opens Singapore and Beijing offices and hires ex-Shell executive

NextDecade Corp, the developer of the Rio Grande export plant in Texas and with plans for other pipeline and liquefaction facilities, has opened offices in Singapore and Beijing to serve future customers in Asia.
