Steelhead LNG, the Canadian company planning exports from Vancouver Island in British Columbia from near-shore liquefaction and storage hulls, has retained four groups of the world's largest project contractors, including KBR and CB&I of the US and TechnipFMC as it narrowed its field of bidders to complete front-end engineering and design work for initial production of 12 million tonnes per annum.
