Australian LNG player Santos confirms takeover move by firm of ex-Shell executive Linda Cook

Australian energy company Santos, a stakeholder in three Australia-Pacific LNG export ventures, said it was not currently in takeover discussions with Harbour Energy whose Chief Executive is Linda Cook, a former senior executive at Royal Dutch Shell, though it had received a previous approach.
