Driftwood LNG developer Tellurian moves ahead with first public offering of its shares on Nasdaq

Tellurian Inc., the developer of the US Driftwood LNG plant near Lake Charles in Louisiana to match the Sabine Pass venture of Cheniere Energy with 27 million tonnes per annum of output, plans to sell 10 million of its common shares in a public offering on the Nasdaq global exchange.
