US LNG exports from first plant in Louisiana capture value in both South America and Asia

US exports of liquefied natural gas from Sabine Pass LNG terminal reached a record level in December as 12 cargoes were delivered to overseas terminals as the facility also swung its shipments at the end of 2016 from South America to Asia to capture value and meet seasonal needs.
