Australians plan London share sale for Italian natural gas fields near Milan and Bologna

Australian oil and gas exploration and production company Po Valley Energy is moving ahead with plans to compete with LNG as it aims to develop onshore Italian natural gas assets in 2017, while also planning a share sale and listing in London.
