Australian oil and gas exploration and production company Po Valley Energy is moving ahead with plans to compete with LNG as it aims to develop onshore Italian natural gas assets in 2017, while also planning a share sale and listing in London.

An Australian oil and gas exploration, development and production company said it has made advances in its aim to produce Italian gas in 2017 from its Teodorico field in the Adriatic Sea offshore northeast Italy, giving the European nations much-needed supplies.
