Vopak signs agreement to acquire floating LNG and FSRU assets of Belgian shipping line Exmar

Royal Vopak, the Dutch-based international petroleum and products storage company, has signed an agreement with Exmar to acquire the Belgian shipping line’s Floating Storage and Regasification business with LNG import facilities and projects.
