Greek LNG carrier will be first through expanded Panama Canal with US cargo for China terminal

The Greek-flagged liquefied natural gas carrier “Maran Gas Apollonia” is scheduled to be the first LNG vessel to pass through the newly expanded Panama Canal on July 25, traversing from the Atlantic to the Pacific to deliver a US cargo from Louisiana to China.
