Keppel and Shell form joint venture to make use of licence for LNG bunkering in Singapore

Keppel Corp. of Singapore said it entered into an agreement with a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell to form a joint venture company, establishing a Singaporean liquefied natural gas bunkering business in the port of the Asian city state.
