The American Bureau of Shipping, the US maritime classification society, was selected by FueLNG of Singapore to class the Asian city-state’s first LNG bunkering barge, scheduled to enter the construction phase in January 2019.

Keppel Corp. of Singapore said it entered into an agreement with a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell to form a joint venture company, establishing a Singaporean liquefied natural gas bunkering business in the port of the Asian city state.
