US champion of fracking that opened way for LNG exports charged with $80M fraud by SEC

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has brought fraud charges against Breitling Energy Chief Executive Chris Faulkner, known as the “Frack Master” because of his championing of hydraulic fracturing that created the US shale-gas surplus to enable LNG exports.
