Tilbury LNG plant expansion near Vancouver provides business and First Nation benefits

FortisBC, the power and natural gas distribution company in the Canadian province of British Columbia, said its Tilbury LNG plant expansion project was leading to $400 million of investments to benefit businesses and provide jobs.
