Enagas of Spain increases Chile LNG stake as part of expansion strategy in South America

Spanish LNG import terminal and natural gas network operator Enagas has reached an agreement with Endesa Chile to purchase a controlling stake in the Chilean Quintero LNG terminal company as it furthers its commitment to invest in South American energy infrastructure.
