Australian developer of two North American LNG export projects at centre of takeover speculation

LNG Ltd of Australia, developer of two North American liquefaction plants in the US state of Louisiana and the province of Nova Scotia in Canada, has issued a securities exchange statement saying it was not aware of any takeover talks involving the company.
