Germany opens new import terminal - though for Norwegian pipeline natural gas rather than LNG

Gassco, the Norwegian pipeline operator and one of the main competitors to liquefied natural gas in Europe, has inaugurated a new pipeline terminal at Emden for deliveries to Germany, which has largely shunned LNG.
