Cheniere losses widen as it adapts to role as first US LNG exporter from Sabine Pass plant

Cheniere Energy, owner of the first US LNG export plant to come on stream at Sabine Pass in Louisiana, saw its losses widen in the first quarter to $320.8 million as it entered the transition phase from a development to an operating company.
