Former Shell LNG executive Eisbrenner plans to rival Cheniere with her Texas LNG plant

NextDecade, a company run by former Royal Dutch Shell LNG executive Kathleen Eisbrenner, has formally filed its applications with the regulators to build the Rio Grande LNG export plant near the port of Brownsville in Texas.
