France's Total may appeal fines of $216M for manipulating US natural gas markets

The US subsidiary of French energy company Total has asked for more time to put together a possible appeal against fines of $216.6 million from the US Federal Energy Commission’s Office of Enforcement that found Total and two of its traders guilty of manipulating natural gas markets.
