Denmark-based small-scale LNG carrier operator and US shale-gas shipper merges

Danish shipping company Evergas, the operator of a 25-vessel multigas fleet including new small-scale LNG carriers of 27,500 cubic metres capacity, has been merged into another unit by privately-held parent company Jaccar Holdings.
