Shell deal on BG will take until 2016 to seal and create huge LNG fleet and volumes

The $70-billion transaction to make liquefied natural gas portfolio player BG Group part of Royal Dutch Shell is expected to take until early 2016 to be completed when the LNG giant will emerge with huge volumes and a carrier fleet to match to deliver the cargoes.
