Apache pulls out of Australia as well as LNG to concentrate on US shale plays

Apache Corp. has agreed to sell its last assets in Australia to a consortium of private equity funds managed by Macquarie Capital Group to pull out of the country that will soon be the world's leading liquefied natural gas producer so it can concentrate on US shale plays.
