LNG

Enagas of Spain, the largest European liquefied natural gas terminal operator, and Fluxys of Belgium, owner of the Zeebrugge LNG facility, have agreed jointly to acquire Swedegas, owner and operator of Sweden's gas pipeline network and a planned LNG terminal at the Swedish port of Gothenburg.
