LNG engineers Technip of France and FMC of US launch venture for subsea operations

Energy and liquefied natural gas contractors, Technip of France and FMC Technologies Inc. of the US, have signed an agreement to form an alliance and launched a joint venture called Forsys Subsea to unite the capabilities of two subsea sector industry leaders.
