Former head of Shell's LNG strategy makes progress with her own Texas export project

NextDecade, the liquefied natural gas portfolio company headed by former Royal Dutch Shell senior executive Kathleen Eisbrenner, said it signed an option for a lease with the Port of Brownsville in Texas that would double the size of a planned export plant site.
