THIS WEEK: Now crunch time has arrived for China in terms of LNG and gas prices

It is widely believed that China’s LNG and natural gas demand is approaching a plateau after a government commission raised prices. These prices may now be set to fall with China experiencing the lowest growth of LNG imports since 2006 when the first LNG cargo arrived in the southern Guangdong province.
