Canadian Nova Scotia LNG export project files with the US DoE to acquire feed-gas

The developer of a Canadian LNG export project in Nova Scotia has asked US regulators for permission to bring feed-gas across the border by pipeline at a point in the state of Maine to process at its liquefaction plant proposed for Canada's Atlantic coast.
