ABS and Daewoo plan development of LNG-fuelled drillship for Gulf of Mexico

The American Bureau of Shipping, the US-based classification society, has entered a joint development project with South Korea's Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering to develop the industry's first LNG-fuelled drillship which is expected to be deployed in the Gulf of Mexico.
