France's Total brings four-field Angolan project on stream to help feed LNG plant

French energy company Total, operator of Block 17 offshore the southwest African nation of Angola, has started up a huge oil and natural gas project comprising four fields, with the associated feed-gas being transported via a subsea line to the onshore Angola LNG liquefaction plant.
