TransCanada begins process for feed-gas pipeline for Canadian LNG export projects

TransCanada Corp. said its Prince Rupert Gas Transmission Project, one of several major pipeline ventures planned to bring feed-gas from shale-gas fields to Pacific coast LNG plants in Canada, has submitted an application for an environmental assessment certificate.
