Chesapeake Bay's Cove Point LNG export project begins key month in permit process

The US LNG export project being developed at the existing Cove Point terminal at Chesapeake Bay in the state of Maryland welcomed the release of a federal environmental assessment that found the liquefaction plant can be built and operated safely with no significant impact on the environment.
