Canadian province and Petronas sign deal backing LNG project FID by December

The Pacific NorthWest LNG export project in Canada led Petronas of Malaysia and involving energy companies from China, Japan, Brunei and India has signed an outline accord with the province of British Columbia to keep the venture on track for a final investment decision by December 2014.
