Canada gives permits to China-led LNG venture and project in US state of Oregon

The Canadian National Energy Board has approved two natural gas export permits for LNG destined for Asia, one for an LNG project in British Columbia led by China National Offshore Oil Corp. and another for an LNG venture in the US Northwest state of Oregon using feed-gas brought across the border from Canada.
