AMEC finalizes $3.3Bln takeover deal for LNG and energy engineer Foster Wheeler

AMEC, the UK-based engineering and construction company, said it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire LNG and energy engineering company Foster Wheeler for $3.3 billion in cash and shares.
