Italian energy company Eni had annual LNG sales up more than 8 percent in one of the bright spots in its latest earnings that saw adjusted quarterly operating profits drop almost 30 percent to 3.5 billion euros ($4.8Bln) and down 34 percent for the year at 12.6Bln euros.
