Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to run IPO in unit of US LNG developer Cheniere

Cheniere Energy Inc., developer of the US Sabine Pass LNG export project in Louisiana, has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to sell shares in a subsidiary to investors in an initial public offering.
