Qatar and ExxonMobil see progress in plan to export US LNG cargoes from Texas plant

The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice of its intent to prepare an environmental assessment for the proposed Golden Pass LNG export plant being developed by ExxonMobil and Qatar Petroleum in Texas and from where cargoes will be directed at Europe as well as the Asia-Pacific region.
