Marathon CEO who oversaw building of LNG plant for just $1.5Bln stepping down

The Chief Executive of Marathon Oil Corp., Clarence P. Cazalot Junior, the man who oversaw Equatorial Guinea LNG is now retiring in December after almost 14 years leading the Houston, Texas-based company that built the lowest-cost and fastest-built onshore LNG plant in the West African nation.
