Petronas drops bid for all of LNG fleet owner MISC but has more cargoes lined up

Petronas, the Malaysian state energy company, has withdrawn its offer for all the shares it did not already own in Malaysia International Shipping Corp. in a move that would have delisted the operator of 27 LNG carriers from the stock exchange so that the restructuring of the loss-making business could have been completed more easily.
